Andrea Stahl MBA, HCA

Founder & Managing Member

Andrea Stahl is the Founder and Managing Member of Cerevia Behavioral Health Group. With more than a decade of progressive healthcare leadership experience, Andrea has successfully overseen physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, revenue cycle operations, compliance initiatives, provider relations, and organizational growth across multiple healthcare settings.

Throughout her career, Andrea has led operational improvements, managed multidisciplinary teams, implemented strategic initiatives, and supported healthcare organizations in achieving sustainable growth while maintaining high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

Andrea founded Cerevia Behavioral Health Group with a vision to expand access to compassionate, evidence-based behavioral healthcare throughout Pennsylvania. As Founder and Managing Member, she oversees strategic planning, business operations, provider partnerships, practice development, and organizational growth to ensure patients receive high-quality, coordinated care.

Andrea is currently leading the expansion of Cerevia’s services to include outpatient therapy, psychiatry, telehealth services, and integrated behavioral health programs designed to improve access to mental healthcare for individuals and families across the region.

Sidrah Jamal, DO

Psychiatrist

Sidrah Jamal, DO, is a board-eligible psychiatrist who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. She specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, insomnia, and other complex psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Jamal earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her General Psychiatry Residency at Arnot Ogden Medical Center in New York. Throughout her training, she developed extensive experience caring for individuals in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings while collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Jamal has contributed to psychiatric research focusing on OCD, psychosis, neuropsychiatric disorders, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has authored peer-reviewed research and has received advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), trauma-informed care, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and suicide prevention.

Dr. Jamal believes in creating a safe, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where patients feel heard and supported. She partners with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, and evidence-based interventions to help patients achieve lasting emotional wellness and improve their quality of life.

Trina Qualls-Dunaway, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Trina Qualls-Dunaway, LCSW, is an experienced behavioral health clinician with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals across a variety of healthcare and mental health settings. She provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, and chronic health concerns.

Throughout her career, Trina has worked in behavioral health, outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, hospice and palliative care, care management, and behavioral health assessment. Her diverse clinical background allows her to understand both the emotional and practical challenges individuals face during difficult periods of life and provide support tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Trina utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed techniques, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and achieve meaningful personal goals.

Known for her compassionate, client-centered approach, Trina creates a supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

Erica Waterford, LPC

Licensed Profesional Counsler

Erica Waterford, LPC, is an experienced behavioral health clinician with more than 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of mental health settings. She provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, family conflict, life transitions, grief, and substance use concerns.

Throughout her career, Erica has worked in family-based therapy, outpatient counseling, school-based services, community mental health, and residential treatment programs. Her diverse clinical background allows her to effectively support clients facing complex emotional, behavioral, and family-related challenges while helping them build healthier relationships and coping skills.

Erica utilizes Family Systems Therapy, trauma-informed care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed techniques, caregiver coaching, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication, and achieve meaningful personal growth.

Nichelle Wiggins, LPC

Nichelle Wiggins, LPC, is an experienced behavioral health clinician with more than 25 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of clinical and community-based settings. She specializes in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Throughout her career, Nichelle has worked in private practice, outpatient counseling, school-based mental health, family therapy, and community behavioral health settings. Her extensive clinical experience allows her to effectively support individuals facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges while helping them develop practical tools for lasting change.

Nichelle utilizes Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and other evidence-based interventions to help clients reduce symptoms, build resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth. She has a particular passion for helping individuals overcome OCD and anxiety-related disorders so they can regain confidence and improve their quality of life.

Amaiya Stahl, RN

Nurse Coordinator

Amaiya Stahl, RN serves as the Nurse Coordinator at Cerevia Behavioral Health Group, where she supports patient care coordination and clinical operations. As a Registered Nurse, Amaiya plays an important role in managing referral coordination, patient intake support, and communication with referring providers.

She works closely with the clinical team to help ensure patients experience a smooth and timely path to receiving behavioral health services. Amaiya is committed to maintaining high standards of care while supporting strong relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners.

Clients are scheduled through Cerevia Behavioral Health Group.
